The Knit City Calgary Marketplace will feature indie yarn dyers, local yarn stores, fibre farmers, knitwear designers, notions makers and more. 

The Marketplace will be open to the public Saturday August 17 from 9am-5pm and Sunday August 18 from 9am-3pm, in the Exhibition Hall of the Calgary Telus Convention Centre.

Advance Ticket prices are as follows:

Saturday Marketplace: $20

Sunday Marketplace: $10

Weekend Marketplace pass: $25

Group Tickets (block of 10) $20

Workshop registrants will have the option to purchase a Weekend Marketplace pass for $20, during registration. Registration opens May 10 at 7am Pacific/ 8am Mountain/ 10am Eastern Time.

WORKSHOPS

Workshops will run from Friday August 16 until Sunday August 18. Please note the Marketplace is NOT open on Friday August 16.

EVENING EVENTS

We will be hosting an exciting evening event with special guest The Grocery Girls on the Rooftop Patio of the Calgary Marriott Downtown, our host hotel. Registration opens May 10 at 7am Pacific/ 8am Mountain/ 10am Eastern Time.

Our host hotel for Knit City Calgary, August 16-18, 2024, is the Calgary Marriott Downtown. Our Group Rate is $229/night.

GROUP TICKET SALES

Groups of 10 are eligible to receive the group discount of $20 each for a weekend pass (regular price is $25). Ticket sales will open on May 10. Group Tickets can be purchased in blocks of 10. Each Group Ticket block will need to be purchased separately.
