Delivery in Winnipeg available for $20. Delivery available for South-East Manitoba, cost based on milage from our farm.

Our pasture raised lambs are rotationally grazed on green open air pasture to ensure the health of the animals and land. We work with Rideau Arcott, Romney, and limited Rambouillet and CVM lambs. They are all raised on regenerative and holistically managed land. We do not use any herbicides, pesticides, antibiotics, or hormones. Our lambs are mild, naturally juicy, tender, and lean, without the strong gaminess commonly associated with lamb.

These heritage and crossed breeds produces a smaller lamb with a hanging weight of 30-45 pounds, perfect for a few people, or small family.

For 2024-early 2025, we are anticipating whole lamb will be maximum $12 per pound and half lamb is $13 per pound, hanging weight, including butchering and cut and wrap fees.

For example, if a whole lamb is 45lbs fee total is $540 . Half lamb would be $292.50 in this case. A half lamb easily fits in a typical 12 pack beer box so you don't need a chest freezer to be able to enjoy this high quality meat!

Our Butcher, All Natural Meats, professionally cuts and wraps all of our orders, which are inspected and Halal. It is sometimes possible for you determine what type of cuts you want if you sneak in the pre-order please add it in the notes section upon checkout!
